Announcement: Fifteenth District + Legendary Melody

Hello dear players! Miracles do happen— It had become the topic of popular jokes, some even believed it to be dead... And yet even though no one expected it to become a reality, the 15th District of Aqures Ixen which has been in construction for over ten years is finally being built with the help of the Herans from the Village of Santa Claus.

Needless to say, expectations are incredibly high as to what this district will be like— And it is quite likely the disappointment will be on par with the expectations:

FIFTEENTH DISTRICT – PARKING LOT Once upon a time, this district was meant to be a technologically advanced area similar to places built by the Empire. Over the years the project fell into disarray. With the help of Herans from the Village of Santa Claus however, the unfinished buildings were repurposed and the Fifteen District is finally finished— But unfortunately, it is nothing like what had been announced ten years ago. People had been promised an epic district, but the result couldn’t be more different. It is now a place where people can park their transportation means: Magitek Armors, Chocobos or whatever the Heroes of Lights have. There are a few motorcycles and even two “cars,” a prototype vehicle developed by the Herans. What was once the dreams and hopes of countless people has now become a parking lot. What happened? When did it go wrong? The world might never know…

While the district isn’t yet finished, the Herans are working hard to patch it up and will be done by the new year. Furthermore, a new Legendary Melody has been unlocked:

Somnus Nemoris

Increases all stats by 15% with each passing turns for an ally who delays his/her turn. Cancels buffs and decreases all stats by 150% if the ally waits too long (10+ years turns).
