Since I know there's a handful of us with maxed Santa Claus by now, is there any particular way you'd like us to handle submitting regain requests for people who write letters to Santa? If everyone who can takes full advantage, there could be a lot of them, so I was wondering if there's anything we can do to make submitting and/or processing them easier on you guys.
