You do not have to submit Regains obtained through the Santa Claus Job (though you may want to ask us if you are unsure about the regain). Keep in mind Jobs or ways to cheat the game (such as Exp Chalices) cannot be obtained through the Santa Claus Job, but for everything else it is up to the players themselves.
