[ENDGAME] NPC Contact & Instructions

Endgame is nearly upon us. During the first phase of endgame, the Heroes of Light will all be stuck in an event and won’t be able to interact with Crystallis anymore. This first phase and what shall result from its conclusion might take a fairly large amount of IC time, though OOCly it might go much faster. As such, it would be wise for the Heroes of Light to hand out instructions to the NPCs—Not just to important NPCs, but also to their friends, people with whom they work, etc. For example it might be members of their Guilds, Doppelgangers, co-workers or just a nice Tarutaru they befriended in Esdham. This will ensure the NPCs can keep the Heroes of Light’s work ongoing even while they are no longer able to do it themselves. The Heroes of Light won’t know for how long they’re gone upon entering the event, so it is best to think to the long-term when handing out instructions.

Please reply to this post with the form below to ensure the Moderators know about what instructions or recommendations you gave the NPCs. The results of the instructions given to NPCs will be reflected in the second phase of Endgame. We will of course keep in mind what influence your character realistically has, what are the odds for NPCs to listen to them and the nature of concerned NPCs. If it’s their best friend amongst unnamed NPCs or if it’s Biggs, it’s most likely the former will follow instructions while the later won’t. Therefore there might be differences between the end result and what they expected when contacting NPCs. If you do not reply to this post by March 05th at the latest, even if you gave instructions to some NPCs in a log we will not take it into account for the second phase of endgame.
