I suppose how intense things get on the 28th? He'll definitely be passing through it on patrols on the 27th.

He'll probably hang back on the 28ths for a bit, doing what he's supposed to do and waiting to be defense and keeping an eye on the city. So he'll pass through there for sure. But eventually he'll be heading closer to the action... Unless something else distracts him. :P
