Good to know! Well, Sparks will be investigating it the old fashioned way, and maybe find someone who's a Vampire or other job to assist. Otherwise it's following the clues as to who was where when incidents happened, seeing what Job classes the officers have and narrowing them down, and maybe in the end setting up a trap to lure them out using himself as bait. Have them trigger something that will coat them in paint or the like. B)
