The memorization afforded by the Job is slightly more precise than a normal human, but to truly memorize a book she would have to put a lot of work-- It's doubtful she could remember would it be only a single book word-for-word in that short of a timespan. Even if she does spend all of her time in the library, she will still be limited by her human limitations.
