Fracta Crystallis: Addendum
Hello dear players, this post is for you to contact the moderating team and the archfiend players if it is so necessary. As we are nearing the end of the event's second week, multiple groups are about to move away from their starting location, whereas other groups are about to reach the cities shown on the map.
The threads below are so we can give you what information you need to continue playing freely upon leaving your starting location. For the most part this event is player-driven and as such we will give you what information you need to play without having to rely on modly interventions. However the moderators may intervene to play certain NPCs or certain specific elements in locations or interests. Likewise, the Archfiend players can intervene to interact with characters who are close to their territory.
Please reply to the first thread if you want a NPC (most likely an Archfiend though depending on the characters' location it might be someone else) to intervene within your current post if you want to have your characters encounter someone without reaching one of the cities or locations. Refugee Camps can be used for that.
If you are about to reach a location and want the Moderators to give you more details so you can play it out, then please reply to the second thread. Some locations may be partially played by the moderators or archfiend players, which we will tell you if so.

NPC / Archfiend Intervention

Preferences: Hoping for refugees so they can figure out what's going on / where they are / how to get across the water, but we're ready for whatever, whoever, whenever.

We will give you enough information so you can play it out yourself. However, should the location be plot-sensitive or be home to specific NPCs, certain parts will be directly modded or played by the Archfiend players.

Others: They're just about to enter the forest.

Upon reaching the tree, the situation will be even worse and the corpses will be more numerous. Please contact a moderator upon reaching the final room before the core of the soul divider.

Others: The group has been heading there to check out the Calamity Simulation. As soon as they realize there are people around, they'll be wanting to find whoever is best equipped to give them information.

They'll be told Cid and Mograma both live in New Mysidia. The former has been stuck in the tower ever since the communications with other continents were cut two years ago whereas the later is under the surveillance of soldiers who were once under Sephiroth's command. Cloud's Doppelganger, Akane's researcher friend (and rabbit) and half of the Assassin's Guild live in New Mysidia. They won't be told as much, but can find them if they explore the place.
They will be told Cid is likely to be the one who can explain the situation to them the best. If and when you go to the 30th Floor to meet Mograma or the 80th Floor to meet Cid, please contact the moderators as these two NPCs will be modded.

If they venture deeper into the castle, their journey will eventually be interrupted by an Archfiend. Please reply to this with the post in Stiltzkin Castle when it will be posted so the Archfiend player can intervene eventually.

Others: The thing moving away from the village was noted, but finding shelter and better clothing is their first priority.

If they want more details, they'll be told Biggs and Wedge live in the village and that Prajapati is the de facto leader ever since communications with New Mysidia were cut. The population of the village is most made up of former residents of Aqures Ixen, Balicea, Esdham and Trano Golsaucia. Cuppa Kupo, the Chocobo Farm and the McDuck Bank are now in this village. Reno's Moogle lives in this village along with his cat. Some books from the library of Aqures Ixen are in a new library here.
If and when they go to meet up with one of these three NPCs, please contact the moderators as they will be modded.

Others: Mostly they're just glad to be off Death Mountain. They will be keeping an eye out for refugees as they approach and enter the forest. (They are still a little ways off as of yet, but we're going to handwave a bit of the roadtrip).

Others: The little group is a bit aimless in their wandering, picking their way along as safely as they can while avoiding hazardous ground and the local wildlife. They don't know where they are so they just press onward in the hopes of finding....something.
