+1 Quiet antisocial not!child
Hey all! My name is Dalrint, and I am happy to be bringing in Shelke Rui, one of the characters from the FFVII spinoff Dirge of Cerberus. Really, one of the few good things that happened in that game.*cough* ANYWAY.
Shelke was a normal kid with a special power until she was kidnapped by Shinra and then kidnapped again from Shinra by Deepground which was like Evil Secret Shinra. She was experimented on and basically tortured and her body was ruined and she's been stuck as a nine year old for ten years! But she got fabulous powers...which are gone here...and became horribly stunted emotionally! But she got to be part of the leaders cause of her powers! She's a villain with a not!villain sister which works out about as well as it can and now she's not a villain anymore!
So she's got that going for her.
She'll be coming in from a rather unfortunate moment in the game where she's been recaptured by the Tsviets and thinks she is going to die horribly when her magic runs out (spoilers: She won't.) and will generally be uncertain if this world is a punishment or a second chance. So that should be interesting. But she won't be dying anymore, and all of her strange powers will be gone, except for her mako-eyes. No invisibility or mental computer hacking, sadly.
She's living in B-10 in the 14th district, so some people are going to get a weird mostly emotionless and surprisingly self-sufficient child for a neighbor! Lucky them.
