As most of you probably already know, we've recently unlocked Custom Jobs, a method whereby our characters can cheat the Job system into letting them have back their powers from home. However, it requires the player to write up said powers in the format of a Job and submit that writeup to the mods, which isn't necessarily the sort of thing everyone is good at.

This sort of thing is totally my jam, though, as I love making characters in every system I can get my hands on. And so, I'm here to offer my help for anyone who wants to take advantage of Custom Jobs but isn't quite sure how to get started, or just anyone who wants to bandy about some ideas before they start writing.
