It is with regret that I inform you that I'm going to be pulling out entirely of Melodies of Life. This affects Allenby Beardsley, Valvalis, and MarKus Haley
I find that despite my efforts, as few as waht it seems to be, that I just cannot get my drive for this style of RP anymore. Also my work/sleep schedule conflicts so greatly with the majority of events that I feel as though I'm so late to the party, even by hours, that I'm intimidated and frightened away from event posts. And this is not related to anyone or anything here, it's just a problem that I've always had; if I'm not there on time with everyone else, I'm late, and I've missed out on 'my place' in the fun.
That said, I had a really great time while I was here. It really expanded my per-concieved ideas of "RP Retirement" by a good year when I left my previous mecha-themed RP. You are all great people and a welcoming community, I just cannot get past the mental blocks that keep me from being a creative and active part of the plot.
I won't be unfriending anyone from Plurk, and who knows, maybe I'll slink my way in for the grand finale too? So until then, Zappa_Slave; I'm heading out!
